The B31 was Chevron's offering for the 1975 2-litre class, although the decline of the European series meant that only 6 cars were sold. Despite the small number of B31s they still made their mark with the KVG Racing-entered car of Ian Grob/John Hine and the Team Fisons car of Martin Raymond/Tony Goodwin scoring some very good results in both the 2-litre class of the World Sportscar Championship and the much abbreviated European 2-litre Championship.
